Flexible learning.

Solid results.

OUR MANIFESTO

Learning should be rewarding, practical and fun, and eLearning is no different.

Take a look at the before & after images below for some examples on how a dull, lifeless course can be transformed into something that sticks.

  • Decision-making scenarios put people in realistic situations where they need to make choices, just like they would in the real world. It’s an active, hands-on approach that’s far more effective than passively reading or clicking through slides. Research shows that learners are significantly better at solving problems after taking part in scenario-based training (e-Learning and the Science of Instruction, Clark & Mayer, 2016). They’re also more likely to complete the training, with one study reporting a 22% increase in course completion when decision-making scenarios are included (KPMG Learning Services, 2018). Because people tend to remember more of what they ‘do’ rather than what they just read, this approach helps knowledge sink in and stay there (Edgar Dale’s Cone of Experience, 1969).

  • Utilising game-like elements such as points, progress bars, and rewards makes training more engaging and enjoyable, while also delivering results. A 2019 study by TalentLMS found that gamification can increase learner engagement by up to 60% (Gamification at Work, TalentLMS, 2019). It’s not just about motivation; learners trained using gamified methods perform 14% better in skills-based assessments and retain information 9% longer (Sitzmann, University of Colorado meta-analysis, 2011). Gamified training has been shown to improve employee productivity by as much as 50% (Gallup & Aberdeen Group, cited by eLearning Industry, 2021).

  • Simulations allow learners to get hands-on with complex topics; whether that’s exploring a 3D model of an engine or rehearsing procedures in a virtual workspace. This style of training is especially effective for building real-world competence. IBM reported that simulations can cut training time by 30% and improve skills transfer by 20% (IBM Training Effectiveness Report, 2013). Learners also tend to feel more prepared; a PwC study showed a 20% boost in confidence after simulation-based training (PwC VR Training Study, 2020). Additionally, mistakes are reduced by up to 40% when people learn through simulation rather than traditional methods (Journal of Educational Computing Research, 2015).

Our Services

  • From clear, concise copy that transforms complex ideas into something more digestible, to realistic scenarios brought to life through creative storytelling.

  • Custom infographics, informational diagrams, and bespoke imagery bring your training to life, while our custom UI designs complement your existing branding.

  • Go beyond ‘click next' and offer your learners decision-making scenarios and bespoke interactions which increase engagement, retention and sense of agency.

  • Multiple choice is fine, but real life is rarely multiple choice. We always search for new ways to assess the learning content to get closer to the real thing.

  • Videos or animations can distill text-heavy, complex messages into easy-to-absorb visual narratives.

  • We always apply the latest and greatest learning principles to all our work, ensuing the content is memorable and well-structured.

  • We’ll work with your subject matter experts to learn as much about the course content as possible, and put the hours in to thoroughly research the topic, independently.
